Demarco in Romania

Demarco visited Bucharest during January 2020, attending the exhibition: 24 Arguments: Early Encounters in Romanian Neo-Avant-Garde 1969-1971  before giving a talk with artist Arthur Watson at the Rezidenta Scena 9 venue, discussing the progress of digitising the Demarco Archive by Dundee University. Demarco was also invited by Sorin Dumitrescu to recall their friendship with Paul Neagu. This was filmed for a forthcoming documentary. Artists Terry Newman, Constantin Rusu and filmmaker Marco Federici also attended.
